Litigation
Sometimes, there is no alternative but to litigate. When this happens, we prosecute our clients’ cause, whilst always keeping in mind their ultimate objective. Our lawyers appear regularly in the Federal, Supreme and County Courts as well as in the Magistrates Court, VCAT and the AAT.
Crime
We have developed an expertise in the criminal jurisdiction, particularly in relation to white collar crime. We have acted for clients who are defending proceedings instituted by the DPP, the OPP and ASIC.
