Stephen Mansour
Stephen is an expert litigator, running lengthy Court matters as well as settling others at an early stage recognizing that this often represents a preferable commercial outcome for clients. Stephen often attends Court himself as an advocate and appears regularly in a range of jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court, Magistrates’ Court, Federal Court and Federal Magistrates’ Court. Stephen has also appeared for clients at VCAT and the Australian Crime Commission.
Stephen has particular expertise and knowledge in relation to the areas of corporate and personal insolvency and is regularly found acting both for and against liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy.
