Joseph Buccheri
Joseph is an experienced and astute commercial lawyer who is dedicated to assisting clients find success in trading locally and internationally. Joseph has over 15 years experience working with markets in Europe, Asia and the USA and is accredited by Business Victoria as a Trade Facilitator. Joseph was the managing director of IMPEX Lawyers and advisers, a niche legal and commercial trade advisory practice until mid 2010 when he merged his firm with Voitin Lawyers so as to be able to provide the services that his growing client base requires.
Joseph has invaluable experience and expertise in assisting clients to navigate a vast array of legal and commercial issues which entrepreneurs and SMEs (small and medium enterprises) face when pursuing global trade and investment opportunities. His clients value his ability to sit on their side of the table and provide strategic and practical advice in order to assist them in making often risky decisions in the face of investment environments and legal frameworks which are unfamiliar to them.
Joseph sits on the board of Italian Chamber of Commerce in Melbourne Australia and is General Legal Council to the Executive.
Joseph obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Chinese Business (Tongji University, Shanghai China), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (Australian National University, Canberra Australia) and a Bachelor of Business (Victoria University of Technology, Australia).
Joseph joined Voitin Lawyers in July 2010 and is currently a consultant to the firm. |
