Bronwyn Goddard
Bronwyn has a wealth of experience as both a litigator and a commercial lawyer. She is equally at home in a courtroom advocating her clients’ interests or in a boardroom negotiating the finer points of a deal. Bronwyn is a practical thinker who always keeps her clients’ best commercial and legal interests in mind.
Bronwyn’s main areas of practice are:
- General commercial advice including as to sales of business and real estate, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, lending arrangements including provision of appropriate security
- Structuring and asset protection
- Commercial litigation
- Administration of deceased estates and testators family maintenance claims
Bronwyn obtained her Law degree with Honours and an Arts degree at Monash University. |
